This design came about when I attempted to incorporate traditional box pleating with tilted axis box pleating (see the giganotosaurus). This model has some technical issues including forelegs which are a bit too thick to be folded nicely from most papers and a head with an undesired color change. The version prior was folded from a grid of 13ths rather than 14ths with the downside being that the forelegs were not long enough to produce the modern quadrupedal posture.
